Runway at Covington airport extended to accommodate more planes

The Airport was closed for 3 days to carry on the expansions and will close again from Oct. 24 to Nov. 2. The increased runway will be 5,500 feet by 100 feet thereby making it 1000 feet longer and 25 feet wider. This is all is in aid of it..
