Foiled terrorist plot has resulted in tightened security measures being taken by the U.K and the U.S Governments. In particular by the UK Airports. All passengers will have to adhere to the following procedures.



All of them passing through will be hand searched, and their footwear and all the items they are carrying will be x-ray screened. Pushchairs and walking aids will be x-ray screened, and only airport-provided wheelchairs may pass through the screening point. They will be able to take with them a single packet carrying personal items.



1) Pocket size wallets and pocket size purses

2) Essential travel documents (Tickets, Passports)

3) Prescription medicines as required for the flight, if liquid have to be verified

4) Contact lens holders, without bottles of solution

5) Those traveling with an infant can carry baby food, milk (the contents of each bottle must be tasted by the accompanying passenger) and sanitary items sufficient and essential for the flight (nappies, wipes, creams and nappy disposal bags).

6) Female sanitary items sufficient and essential for the flight, if unboxed

7) Tissues (unboxed) and/or handkerchiefs
