Base ball player Cory Lidle died when the small plane carrying him crash, slammed into a 40-story residential apartment building in Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
The craft took off from New Jersey’s Teterboro Airport about 2:30 p.m. and was in the air for barely 15 minutes. There have been unconfirmed rumors of a distress call before the crash. This is a great loss for the Yankees.
