The previous enhancement in services is starting to bring fruitful results for Korean Air. The airline has crowned as a best Asia/Transpacific business class service from Business Traveler magazine in its 2006 Reader’s Choice awards.
Business Traveler conducts survey of business class travelers on their contentment. It is divided in four categories- airlines, hotels, airports and cities and make public the results.
John Jackson, Korean Air’s marketing director explained:
We’ve been making significant enhancements to our fleet and service, and it’s great when our progress is recognized by such an important audience.
He said the company tops the position due to the modification in its first and business class seats, an array of meals attentively served on Wedgwood china and commenced on-demand audio video (AVOD) system with comfortable seats.
